I honestly don't have enough words to describe how wonderful the service I have recieved from Ensign from beginning to end. During the remediation process in our flooded basement Ensign made everything so easy and kept me informed every step of the way while taking care of my personal belongings. Every staff member from their team who conducted the remediation to the sweet lady's who answer the phone.  It was always a pleasant experience. Even after my job was complete and I've had questions, I've had they same level of service. Being that I am a local real estate agent I will definitely be recommending Ensign to all my clients for remediation and even for their construction/remodeling services as well.

I work for a large home builder in the Atlanta Area. We have used Ensign Building Solutions on many occasions for mold and moisture mediation after weather or plumbing related leaks have occurred. They are always prompt and responsive to my requests, have great customer service and do a thorough job to remediate the moisture and mold. They provide complete  testing and mediation. They always leave the house in good shape, Clean up before leaving, give detailed reports and photos.
Richard Kakie, the technician always keeps me updated on the progress of the job, the results found and any other details needed. Amanda Vidrine does a great job of keeping me informed of scheduling and always let's me know what is going on, sends reports, and has great customer service.

My husband and I had a burst pipe on Christmas Day and we used Ensign Building Solutions for mitigation as well as the rebuild of our home. We had a wonderful experience with both services and could not recommend them more. The entire team was very helpful and so easy to work with. Everyone made the experience as stress-free as possible. Darian, our rebuild project manager, was incredible to work with and went above and beyond to get our house back in tip top shape. We are so thrilled we used this company and will use them again for anything that may come up in the future!

John and George were wonderful. Very helpful, efficient, respectful and professional. Explained all that was going on with the mitigation work and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up the job site daily.  I would highly recommend Ensign and this team!
